The Sandhill Cranes are definitely one of the main attractions to Bosque.
They are mostly a dull gray color, but they have a red cap that adds a bit of color.
We found them on the Crane Pond in the morning, after the fly out. Nice, golden light on them.
When they fly the tips of their wings curl up.
